Oh yes you are reading correctly, today we are sharing with you our Clean Eating Lime Pie recipe. I have created a cleaner and healthier version of key lime pie. It has a crunchy base and a delicious creamy topping - with a zesty kick!
Clean eating is no fad or a restrictive 'diet' and this clean eating lime pie recipe is the best example of this! Clean eating is about using the right ingredients, keeping it as natural as possible and creating delicious, wholesome treats that can be enjoyed anytime of the day in moderation. Obviously if you are on my 3 month challenge make sure you scoff this green beauty down before 4 pm.
Absolutely the best summer dessert EVER, and is light and refreshing enough to have after a big meal - so I suggest you make one of these to serve at your next barbecue.

Clean Eating Lime Pie using only a few ingredients that you all probably have in your cupboard right now. Think oats, almonds, a few avocados, some healthy sweetener and limes. You could use lemon instead of limes too and to make it nut free use seeds for the base. This pie will last in the freezer for up to a month, in the fridge for up to a week. If you are going to freeze it I would suggest you cut it up in slices rather than freezing the whole cake. It will be easier when cutting and serving.
